Everything is supplied (apart from sand and cement and 16 concrete blocks) so you can build a pizza oven that you can be proud of. It’s probably the easiest to build due to its rustic look and round design. This oven can be added to at a later time, building serving and seating areas as you go. I have built this oven in 2 days, but you should have it done in 3 to 4 days or 2 weekends.

As with the Milan, the kit is based around the 750mm refractory dome and round floor, in fact it is the same oven as above only with preparation and serving areas. These can be straight or at 45 degrees to suit a corner area. The length of your serving areas can be as long as you want and incorporate a barbeque, sink or anything else for your outdoor kitchen.
The Milan pizza oven with angled sides fits perfectly in a corner as with this pizza oven in Sutton, Surrey. The extra serving area on this pizza oven built in Dursley, the Cotswolds, has created space that has been utilised with reclaimed wooden shelves topped with weathered york stone.
This Milano 750 with barbeque was built for an old rugby friend who bid for it at a charity event for another old rugby mate we sadly lost. In keeping with the Grade 2 listed surroundings we used a mixture of reclaimed bricks and black mortar. Originally coal dust would be used to bulk out as it was more abundant in Stoke than sand.
The street, known as The Villas was where the footballing legend Stanley Mathews lived. If you would like to know how hot our ovens, our friend melted two wine bottles in there at over 800 degrees. DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME!
